About Us

Istanbul Gedik University (IGUN) was founded in 2010 by the Gedik Education Foundation as a non-profit foundation university. Located on the Anatolian side of Istanbul, the university stands out with its modern educational approach, strong academic staff, and commitment to social responsibility.

IGUN aims to prepare its students not only with professional knowledge but also with values of sustainability, innovation, and ethics. Through its research and application centers, the university offers a productive higher education environment that engages with industry, society, and the environment.
